We offer local pick up for all customers that can swing by! If this option is chosen, we'll e-mail you with the pick up instructions and will coordinate a time for pick up on Thursday between 6p-8p.
Keep in mind that all local pick up orders must be in by Monday of the same week to be ready for pickup that Thursday. Feel free to review our Pick Up Policy for more information.
We offer personal local delivery for those customers around the corner every Thursdays 5p-8p for a small fee. This option is available for select zip codes in the greater Orlando, FL area (zip codes below). We'll e-mail you the delivery instructions shortly after your order to coordinate a drop off time for Thursday between 6p-8p.
Keep in mind that all local Delivery orders must be in by Monday of the same week to be ready for delivery that Thursday. Feel free to review our Delivery Policy for more information.

While we know our cookies can drive you loco enough to want them now, we ask that any special requests for local pick up or local delivery be made at least 72 hours prior to the date needed and must be approved by us.
Normal local pick up and local delivery orders must be in by the Monday of the same week to be picked up / delivered on Thursday from 6pm-8pm. Feel free to review our Delivery Policy for more information.
We use Nationwide USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days max) for all shipments to ensure cookies are as fresh as possible. You will have the Flat Rate or standard weight options to ensure you get the best bang for your buck. All shipments are made on Tuesdays (unless a special order has been agreed upon) to ensure your cookies are shipped at their freshest and to ensure you get them as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that all local Delivery orders must be in by Friday to ensure it gets shipped out on Tuesday the follow week. Feel free to review our Shipping Policy for more information.
Absolutely! You can contact us directly at ChocoLocoCookies@yahoo.com for more information and pricing for orders of 40 or more cookies. We will gladly work with you and accommodate your needs. Please give us ample time to ensure we can meet your special event date.
Absolutely! You have the options to quarter or half your cookies for only $0.25 a cookie! Just choose the option on each cookie in our shop and verify when you're in your cart and you are good to go!
Cookies make an amazing gift for any occasion! Just put in your order, enter the recipients information on the shipping/delivery page, and put the details in the notes section before checking out. We'll take care of the rest for there!
If you wanted to add a personalized note, e-mail us at ChocoLocoCookies@yahoo.com with your order confirmation number in the subject and the details you want in your note. We will put it on a card for you and ship it out!
We set a minimum of 4 cookies per order since we freshly bake all Choco Loco Cookies in batches. You can mix and match as much as you'd like and as long as you have a minimum of 4 cookies in your cart, you're good!

These aren't your average cookies. Choco Loco Cookies are all 6 ounces and up can be as thick as 4 inches!
At this time we do not have any gluten free or vegan cookies on our menu, but stay tuned!

We understand how loco our cookies can make you so we ask that you verify you input the correct address for your order. If an error with your address occurs when we attempt to print the label, we will work with USPS to try to verify the correct address. If USPS can not verify your address, then we will attempt to reach out to you to verify the address for your order. We use these three verification steps to ensure you receive your cookies in a timely manner and as fresh as possible.
If we took on all these steps and the package is sent back to us as "Return to Sender," then we are not liable for the shipping or cookie costs incurred and you will need to reorder your cookies again. Feel free to review our Shipping Policy for more information.
