Pick Up & Local Delivery Policy

Choco Loco Cookies LLC. Is a cottage food operation located in Orlando, Florida.

Pick Ups and Local Deliveries are made on Thursdays between 6p-8p for orders submitted through Monday of the same week. Orders made after Monday of the same week may not be fulfilled until the following week. If a special delivery date is being requested we ask that you give us notice at least 72 hours prior to ensure we can accommodate and provide the freshest cookies possible. All special requests are subject to approval. Please contact us with any questions prior to completing your order, including special deliveries/requests.

Due to the nature of our product, refunds for Local Pick Up, Local Delivery and Nationwide shipping can only be provided within 24 hours of when the initial confirmation/instructions e-mail is sent. After 24 hours, we do not provide refunds but are happy to discuss possible accommodations for your order.

Local Delivery

Before finalizing your order verify that your address is correct to ensure your delicious cookies are delivered to the right address. We are not responsible for any products being delivered to incorrect addresses. If you notice the address was incorrectly entered, please contact us immediately to request an address change.

We are not responsible for any delivery issues after it has been delivered (this includes pest issues). All of our products are packaged perfect, fresh, and sanitary and we have no control over packages once out of our hands.

Due to the nature of our delicious products, we recommend that you review your delivery instructions and ensure someone is available to collect the package upon delivery. Be mindful of our delivery date and time as leaving a package outside for extended periods of time is not recommended.

Pick Up

We do not offer refunds for missed pick up times. Please contact us immediately to see if we can accomodate another pick up time. All special requested pick up times are subject to approval.
