Orders made by end of day Friday of each week will be shipped the upcoming Tuesday. Orders made on after the Friday cutoff may not ship until the following shipment day. Please contact us prior to ordering for expedited requests.
Due to the nature of our product, refunds for Local Pick Up, Local Delivery and Nationwide shipping can only be provided within 24 hours of when the initial confirmation/instructions e-mail is sent. After 24 hours, we do not provide refunds but are happy to discuss possible accommodations for your order.
All shipments are made with USPS Priority Mail and should take 1-3 business days to arrive. However, depending on when the order is placed and/or shipping delays by USPS, this may take longer. Please refer to your tracking information to stay informed.
Before finalizing your order verify that your address is correct to ensure your delicious cookies are shipped to the right address. We are not responsible for any products being delivered to incorrect addresses. If you notice the address was incorrectly entered, please contact us immediately to request an address change.
We are not responsible for any shipment issues once USPS receives the package (this includes pest issues). All of our products are packaged perfect, fresh, and sanitary. We have no control over packages once they are out of our hands. Please refer to the tracking information and the USPS site for further questions.
Due to the nature of our delicious products, we recommend that you review your tracking information and ensure someone is home to collect the package upon delivery.
Contact the carrier with questions, lost packages, or to file a claim since each package is insured with USPS. We are not responsible for any lost or tampered packages. Please be mindful of your deliver date as leaving a package outside for extended periods of time is not recommended.
Lastly, we understand how loco our cookies can make you so we ask that you verify you input the correct address for your order. If an error with your address occurs when we attempt to print the label, we will work with USPS to try to verify the correct address. If USPS can not verify your address, then we will attempt to reach out to you to verify the address for your order. If we took on all these steps and the package is sent back to us as "Return to Sender," then we are not liable for the shipping or cookie costs incurred and you will need to reorder your cookies again.
